Warranty Terms

1. The products and all their mechanical parts are covered by a 24-month warranty, while batteries are covered by a 12-month warranty.
2. The warranty starts on the date of the end customer's purchase receipt / invoice, provided that, within 10 days of the purchase date, the customer has sent us the duly completed warranty form found inside the product packaging, together with a copy of the purchase receipt / invoice stating the full model name.
3. Otherwise, the products' warranty is calculated from the date on which our company sold them to its resellers.
4. In the event of a fault, the customer must complete the RMA form and accept the terms of warranty, coverage and service at the following link: https://tescom.gr/en/support/rma
5. If the product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with another of the same or a similar type.
6. If the device is replaced with a new one, the warranty is not extended.
7. In the event of replacement, the warranty is not extended.
8. For devices under warranty, the cost of shipping the device to us is borne by the customer, and the cost of returning it is borne by our company.
9. In the unusual event of a fault within 30 calendar days of the purchase date, and provided that the duly completed warranty form found inside the device's packaging has been sent to our company in time, our company will replace the defective product with a new one of the same type. The customer must send the defective product in its original packaging. Otherwise, the new replacement product will be shipped in the defective product's packaging. In this case, the shipping and return costs are borne by our company.
10. This warranty does not apply if:
    1. the fault was caused by use of the product contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, exposure to moisture, dust, low or high temperatures, unauthorized opening, installation or repair, or repair using unauthorized spare parts;
    2. the fault was caused by an accident;
    3. the fault was caused by normal wear and tear;
    4. the product's serial number has been removed, erased, falsified, altered or is illegible;
    5. the fault was caused by the product being used with, or connected to, an accessory that does not suit the device's technical specifications;
    6. the fault was caused by changes made to the product's software by an unauthorized person.
11. The above reasons are indicative, not exhaustive. Our company may exclude other circumstances under which the warranty will not apply.
