Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which checks that a person is filling them in (legitimate interest in preventing abuse).
When you attach a proof of purchase to a warranty registration, an AI system (Google Gemini) checks that it matches the product you entered. The data is not used to train the model. If the check cannot confirm the receipt, we ask you for a new one. You can always ask for a review by a person.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for decisions with legal effects on you without human involvement.
